Return/Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the product is faulty we will require a photo and video showing the related problem/issue with the product.

In a case of changing your mind
we are NOT able offer refund and we do not take back products after you have purchased the product and the transaction went through.
Additional non-returnable items: 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However we still offer exchange or replacement for damaged, faulty and lost product.
